Murderer

When a bounty hunter has been at the craft of killing for too long, sometimes
he or she begins to enjoy it a little too much. When killing is no longer a
job, it is a way of life, the bounty hunter has crossed that thin line into a
Murderer. With the stealth and awareness of an Assassin and the mechanical
improvements of a Cyborg, there is little to nothing one can do to avoid death
when a Murderer has you in their sights.

L60 Stealth - remove from WHO, become untrackable?, avoid tripwires
L65 Self Repair - self heal, requires repair kit
L70 Sniper - "one shot, one kill"
L75 Vanish - force mob to switch targets
L80 Tune Up - buff a droid's armor, weapons, durability/HP, attack speed
L80 Make Round - make ammo for a sniper rifle
L85 Lethal Weaponry - additional attacks from wristworn and secondary weapons
L90 Stalk - automatically move to a player's location, no DTs
L95 Adaption - damage reduction
L100 Blitz - perform multiple attacks on a target

Assassin Level 60
Usage: stealth
Stealth allows the Assassin to begin avoiding contact in cities
and zones, as well as hide signs of his or her passing and
thereby avoiding any traces of a path which could be tracked.
With Stealth in use, the Assassin also has learned how to
avoid motion sensor tripwires and will no longer trigger
any of those such silent alarms.
